工廠轉型升級暨技術躍升推動計畫

本計畫之目標為輔導有潛力有意願的「工廠」發展觀光，協助製造業創新發展，最終培育其成為「觀光工廠」。透過「觀光工廠」的產業旅遊，讓社會大眾或學校團體的休閒富涵活動體驗及學習，增加產業教育推廣及觀光景點外，更可以帶動地方觀光資源流動性，轉化為開創經濟成長動力，相對增加原產業及廠地、建築物之使用價值。經由計畫執行產生帶動在地產業連動效果，整合週邊相關觀光資源與動線，從「觀光工廠」進而創造出地方觀光休閒產業的全面商機，創造「製造」、「服務」雙贏的效益。

The purpose of the plan is to offer consultation and assistance for potential factories to develop tourism business.Developing the tourism of the factory to become the nature and representational is the goal of the plan.By the development of the factory business,it enriches the life of the people in society and school organizations.Factory tourism not only offers business promotion and tourism function,but also stimulates the development of the local tourism.By the positive interaction,the idea of factory tourismincreases the value and benefit to the factory itself.Through executing the plan,the local bus iness has been opportunity and creates the collaboration of manufacturing and service,the benefit of two-win result.
