推動工業合作計畫

工業合作計畫係藉由政府重大購案時機積極與國外得標商談判，簽署工業合作協議書，獲得之工業合作額度透過技術移轉、國際認證、國內採購、共同研發、人員訓練、國內投資、國際行銷及貿易推廣協助等合作方式，協助產業發展，加速產業結構優化，支持國防建設，落實國防能量自主。

依照產業結構優化與國防能量自主之具體目標，以國防資源協助產業發展與民間能量支持國防建設之方向，及配合5+2產業創新及落實前瞻軌道建設本土化等產業政策，加速協助產業技術升級與營運轉型，並持續協助國防部推動與規劃國防軍品維修體系，達到工業合作資源有效運用目標。

"Industrial Cooperation" refers to an obligation imposed on a foreign contractor under a government procurement project to undertake certain industrial or commercial activities such as local investment, local procurement, technology transfer, etc.
