Guidelines for the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Letter of Opinions on the Marketability of Science and Technology Enterprises or Cultural and Creative Industries

To support technology-based enterprise or cultural or creative enterprise which have not been established for long or seen realized business results but possess successfully developed technology or product with market potential to enter the capital market, IDB launched a scheme which allows those emerging companies to apply listing on TPEx or TWSE exempted from the requirements of years of establishment and profitability with a Letter of Opinion by central competent authority.
