Project of Value Advancement for Intellectual Property

The project is aimed at supporting enterprises to create economic benefits through the application of intellectual property. Engaging the experiences and proficiency of the IP service providers, the project makes available IP commercialization and circulation services to the industry, academia and research institutes in order to promote IP sharing and collaboration between entities. Moreover, in order to establish an active and prosperous technology trading market, the project dedicates to expedite the advancement of intangible asset valuation and financing systems.
