To whom should applications for R&D investment tax credits be submitted?

Companies should clarify the national competent authorities for business objectives first before submitting applications to them. If companies are in the manufacturing industry or related technical service industry, applications should be submitted to the Industrial Development Bureau. If companies are in the logistics industry, applications should be submitted to the Department of Commerce, M.O.E.A. If companies are in the construction industry, applications should be submitted to the Construction and Planning Agency, Ministry of the Interior.
