協助中小企業智慧應用升級計畫

我國中小企業比例超過95%，受限於資源有限，多數中小企業數位化自我提升能力不足。本計畫協助具備基礎設備聯網廠商導入智慧化生產應用服務模組，如總和稼動率(OEE)管理、工時異常分析、品質異常分析、機台預診等應用，並強化國內系統整合技術發展環境，以加速智慧化應用服務模組於中小企業擴散，達成提升效率、提升品質、降低成本等效益。

The proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in our country is more than 95%. The majority of SMEs have insufficient digital capabilities. The project assists manufacturers with basic networking equipment to introduce smart production application service modules, such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), abnormal working hours analysis, abnormal quality analysis, machine pre-diagnosis. Strengthen the domestic system integration technology development environment to accelerate the proliferation of smart application service among SMEs, and achieve benefits such as improving efficiency and quality, and reducing costs as well.
