What is the application deadline for R&D investment tax credits?

Applications shall be made to the national competent authorities for business objectives between 3 months prior to the filling of profit-seeking enterprise annual income tax return and the application deadline (between February and May in a calendar year; in case of holidays, the deadline will be postponed to the following business day).
